Tape applicators apply roll tape — double-sided tape, 3M tape, clear tape, high-temperature tape — onto parts that are held by a vacuum table or fixture, then cut the tape automatically. Brochure p. 25 ±1 mm The YIXING automatic flat top-surface labeling machine labels the top of products carried one by one on a conveyor — books, folders, boxes, cartons and more. It works at ±1 mm accuracy and 40–120 pcs/min, takes products up to 400 × 300 mm and 0.2–150 mm high, and comes in a basic and a standard version.
Brochure p. 18 ±1 mm The YIXING automatic positioning round bottle labeling machine labels cylindrical bottles that stand on their own. Each bottle is conveyed upright to the labeling station, rotated one full turn as the label goes on, then discharged — at 30–60 pcs/min and ±1 mm, with single or double labels in partial or full wrap.
Brochure p. 44 ±0.05 mm The YIXING vision-guided labeling machine places labels and precision converted components at ±0.05 mm. A label feeder presents each label, an XYZR-axis module picks it up, and upper and lower cameras take positioning images before application. It runs at 15–25 pcs/min on chargers, PCBs and irregular-shaped products.
Brochure p. 13 ±1 mm The YIXING desktop tape applicator is a benchtop taping machine: the operator loads the part, the machine applies the tape and cuts it automatically, and the part is unloaded by hand. It has a 300 × 300 mm taping stroke, takes tape 5–50 mm wide and weighs 78 kg; automatic loading and unloading can be custom-built.

It covers a 500 × 1000 mm taping stroke at ±1 mm accuracy and 500 mm/s, and applies double-sided, 3M, clear and high-temperature tape.
Brochure p. 14 ±2 mm The YIXING inline conveyor tape applicator tapes flat parts in one continuous sequence: the part is loaded, the tape is cut automatically and applied, and the part is unloaded. An automatic part-separating function can be added and any size can be custom-built. It tapes at ±2 mm and 500 mm/s and weighs 150 kg.

YIXING is the brand of Dongguan Yixing Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of automatic labeling machines and tape applicators in Shipai Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, in the Pearl River Delta manufacturing region of southern China. The company works from a 3,000 m² site that houses its management, R&D, production, sales and after-sales departments, and the machines on this website are designed, assembled and tested there.

Labeling machines apply self-adhesive labels to round bottles, flat and multi-face surfaces, corner seals, cards, bags and cables, and include print-and-apply and vision-guided models. Tape applicators feed, apply and cut double-sided, 3M, clear and high-temperature tape on parts held on a vacuum table or in a fixture. Every accuracy and speed figure on this site is the rating printed in our product catalog for the standard model. One catalog data file generates the product pages, the comparison tables and this overview, so a figure can never differ from one page to another.
Accuracy is the placement deviation of the machine itself, meaning how far a label or tape strip may land from its set position, and it excludes the tolerances of your product and of the label or tape. Speed is given as a range because it depends on product size, label length and, on print-and-apply models, the printer; on semi-automatic models it also depends on how quickly the operator loads each part.
Custom machines and non-standard configurations carry no catalog rating, so no figure is published for them; the rating is agreed once the machine has been designed around your product. Before you order, we test your own samples on a matching machine free of charge, so the figure that matters is the one measured on your parts.
