The YIXING automatic positioning round bottle labeling machine labels cylindrical bottles that stand on their own. This automatic labeler is built for larger cylindrical products that stand upright: xylitol gum bottles, cosmetic bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, chemical bottles and liquor bottles. Bottles are placed upright on the machine, conveyed to the labeling station, rotated one full turn while the label is applied, and then discharged. Output is 30–60 pcs/min depending on product and label size, a step up for plants whose volumes have outgrown semi-automatic labeling.
Its focus is control over where the label lands. The machine applies a single label or two labels with freely adjustable spacing, for example a front and a back label on the same bottle. It runs partial-wrap and full-wrap labels, and the optional circumferential positioning sensor places each label at a fixed point on the circumference, so the label sits in the same spot on every bottle. Labeling accuracy is ±1 mm (excluding product and label tolerances).
The standard range covers bottles Ø20–100 mm in diameter and 25–300 mm tall, with labels 20–320 mm long and 15–160 mm wide (liner width). Larger labels can be custom-built, and the machine can be customized to any product size. An optional ribbon coder prints batch numbers and dates on the label in the same process. The machine measures approx. 2100 × 1100 × 1300 mm, weighs 185 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
