This machine is built for multi-face work: when round, square, hexagonal or triangular bottles need labels on several faces, the operator places the product in a fixture and the labels are applied by rotary roll-on action. It is used mainly in the electronics and food industries; brochure samples include glass bottles with holographic labels and square glass liquor bottles.
Tapered bottles, whose diameter changes from top to bottom, can be handled with a custom build. The standard machine works at ±0.5 mm labeling accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances) and 15–25 pcs/min depending on product and label size, which fits varied multi-face jobs in modest volumes.
The standard range covers products 20–150 mm in length and width and 0.2–300 mm in height, with labels 15–100 mm long and 15–170 mm wide (liner width); oversize labels can be built to order. A ribbon coder can be fitted to print production dates and batch numbers. The unit measures approx. 850 × 410 × 720 mm, weighs 59 kg and uses a 220 V / 50 Hz supply.
