The YIXING inline conveyor tape applicator tapes flat parts in one continuous sequence: the part is loaded, the tape is cut automatically and applied, and the part is unloaded. An automatic part-separating function can be added and any size can be custom-built. It tapes at ±2 mm and 500 mm/s and weighs 150 kg.

The inline conveyor model turns taping into a flow process for flat parts. After a part is loaded, the machine cuts the tape automatically, applies it to the part's flat face, and the part is then unloaded. Brochure samples are long plastic strips and flat strip-shaped parts.
An automatic part-separating function can be added to reduce manual handling, and the machine is built to order — any size can be customized. On the tape side, it handles double-sided, 3M, clear and high-temperature tape from 3 to 50 mm wide (liner width), wound on 76 mm cores with a 250 mm reel OD.
Taping accuracy is ±2 mm (excluding product and tape tolerances) and speed 500 mm/s. Overall dimensions are approx. 1500 × 780 × 1400 mm (L × W × H); it weighs 150 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
