The square box tape applicator wraps tape around the sides of square and rectangular boxes. The box sits on a fixture where pneumatic clamps hold it; the fixture turns while the tape head feeds tape onto the box, so one band of tape runs around all four sides.
The tape head is mounted on a column with a handwheel for setting its height to the box. The machine is run from a touchscreen with start and emergency-stop buttons, a stainless steel chute beside the table takes finished boxes away, and the cabinet stands on casters.

It wraps a band of tape around the four sides of a square or rectangular box. The box is clamped on a rotating fixture while the tape head feeds tape onto it.
The fixture is made for your box, and the tape head height is set with a handwheel. If you run several sizes, tell us all of them so we can plan the fixtures.
They are unloaded into the stainless steel discharge chute beside the table.
Yes. The cabinet stands on casters with leveling feet, so it can be moved to where it is needed.
Cycle time depends on the box size and the tape, so we give it after testing your sample boxes free of charge.
