This inline machine applies tape to parts as they travel on a belt conveyor. The tape head sits on twin columns above the belt, with a handwheel to set its height; it feeds tape onto each part and cuts it automatically, and the part moves on.
Adjustable side guides keep parts on track through the taping station, a touchscreen beside the head controls the machine and the electrical cabinet sits under the conveyor. Separate discharge conveyors take finished parts away, so taping becomes one step of a continuous line.

The tape is cut automatically for each part, so no manual trimming is needed.

It covers a 500 × 1000 mm taping stroke at ±1 mm accuracy and 500 mm/s, and applies double-sided, 3M, clear and high-temperature tape.
