This unit automates loading and unloading at a machine that processes flat parts one at a time. It has two stacking stations on casters, each with a lifting platform and guide rods that keep the stack in line, and a pick-and-place axis on the top frame that moves the parts.
As parts are taken off or put on, the lifting platforms keep the top of each stack at the pick-up height. A control box with a touchscreen, start button and emergency stop runs the unit.
Units like this are built to order for our tape applicators and other machines. Station size, stack height, travel and the pick-up head are designed for your parts.
One station feeds parts and the other collects them, so the operator handles whole stacks instead of single parts.
Each station raises or lowers its stack so the pick-up height stays the same.
Rods around each stack keep the parts in position for the pick-up head.
An axis on the top frame moves parts between the stacks and the process position.
Both stations stand on casters, so the unit can be moved and lined up with the machine it serves.

It takes parts from a stack, places them for the next process and stacks the finished parts on a second station, so the operator only handles full and empty stacks.
One station holds the parts waiting to be processed and the other collects the finished ones. Each has a lifting platform that keeps the top of the stack at the pick-up height.

Cycle time depends on the part and the machine it serves, so we give it after reviewing your process and samples.

Brochure p. 50 The YIXING gantry-mounted tape applicator head is a custom taping station: a tape head on a gantry frame, with a cable drag chain and a separate electrical control box, for adding a taping step to an existing line. The brochure lists no standard specs, since gantry size and head type follow the customer's line.

An automatic part-separating function can be added and any size can be custom-built. It tapes at ±2 mm and 500 mm/s and weighs 150 kg.
Brochure p. 49 The YIXING card-dispensing dual-head labeling machine is a custom build. A card-dispensing infeed separates stacked items one by one, two heads above the belt apply the labels, and an inclined chute discharges them. No standard specs are published; each unit is built to the customer's product and output.
