The three-head corner seal labeling machine applies corner seal labels to boxes. The corner labeling process follows YIXING's standard automatic corner seal labeling machine: products arrive one by one on the conveyor or straight from a cartoner, receive a label folded 90° around the corner, and the label is pressed down with a material chosen to suit its stiffness. That standard model can apply one, two, three or four seals (two on top, one top and one bottom, or two on the bottom), runs stand-alone or linked to a cartoner, comes in basic and standard versions, and is widely used in electronics and toys.
For reference, the standard model is rated at ±1 mm and 40–80 pcs/min for labels 6–50 mm long and wide; those figures belong to the standard machine, not this custom build. For a quote, provide box samples, a sketch of seal positions and count, label samples (so label stiffness and the pressing material can be judged), target output, and whether the machine must link to a cartoner.
