The gantry-mounted tape applicator head is for plants that already run a production line and only need to add a taping step. In the brochure photo, the tape head is mounted on a gantry frame, its cables run through a drag chain, and a separate electrical control box sits alongside. Because the gantry size and the head type are both built to the customer's line, no standard specs are published.
The head itself can be compared with YIXING's standard tape applicator heads, which come in three types — liner-peeling, non-peeling (the liner stays on the tape) and waste-rewinding — chosen to match the tape and the process. The standard heads are rated at ±1 mm taping accuracy and 500 mm/s, for tape 3–50 mm wide (liner width) on reels with a 76 mm core and 250 mm outer diameter. Those are standard head figures; the complete custom station is specified in its own project design.
On the mounting side, YIXING's inline labeling head range includes a gantry-mounted top labeling head that fits onto a customer's conveyor; the gantry tape head puts a tape head on a gantry for the taping step instead. For an evaluation, provide the conveyor width and height, product samples, tape positions and lengths, tape specs, cycle time, and where the control box can stand.

YIXING's standard tape applicators handle double-sided tape, 3M tape, clear tape and high-temperature tape. For a custom project, send the tape you actually use so the factory can confirm it.
