The dual-head label fold-over machine brings fold-over labeling and a two-head layout together in one machine. In the brochure photo, two labeling heads face each other from left and right, carrying white label rolls, with a fixture table between them and a cabinet underneath. No specs are published; the fixtures and the label plan are defined by the customer's workpiece.
Two standard models explain the fold-over process. The semi-automatic fold-over labeling machine holds the product in a fixture and folds the label over it by suction, labeling power cords, data cables, tubes, lollipop sticks, jelly cups and hardware; changing the fixture adapts it to other workpiece sizes. The print-and-fold labeling machine includes a printer, so content such as QR codes or serial numbers is printed and applied in one step. When the label is folded over a slim workpiece, it forms the familiar flag label.
For reference, both standard fold-over models are rated at ±0.3 mm and 15–25 pcs/min, and the print-and-fold model uses fixtures for 1–3, 2–5, 3–7 and 4–10 mm, with one set included. These are standard-model figures; the dual-head machine's performance is fixed in its project design. For a quote, send workpiece samples with the diameter or outline dimensions, samples and sizes of both labels, where the folded labels must sit, and your target output.
