Built for plants that need printed flag labels on wires and cables, this machine pairs a printer with suction-assisted fold-over labeling. Each label is printed and then folded around the workpiece on the same machine, which removes a separate printing step and raises working efficiency. The samples show a printed QR-code label on a cable and printed fold-over labels on wire harnesses.
It covers the same kinds of work as a fold-over labeler: tubes, wires and cables, and craft items such as power cords, data cables, lollipops, jelly products and hardware. With the part in the fixture, the machine prints, picks up the label by suction and folds it over the part, at ±0.3 mm (excluding product and label tolerances) and 15–25 pcs/min depending on product and label size.
Fixtures are sized for 1–3, 2–5, 3–7 and 4–10 mm workpieces, with one set supplied as standard; swapping fixtures lets it handle other sizes. Labels can be 30–100 mm long and 20–100 mm wide, and larger labels can be custom-built. It runs on 220 V / 50 Hz with a 0.4–0.6 MPa air supply, in a machine body of approx. 910 × 800 × 1100 mm weighing 80 kg.
The printer is part of the machine, so each label is printed and folded onto the part without a separate printing step.
