This machine applies fold-over (flag) labels to wires and cables, tubes and craft items. The label wraps around the workpiece and its two halves stick together, leaving a flag that stands out from the part. Typical jobs are power cords, data cables, lollipops, jelly products and hardware; the samples show flags on a pen barrel and on cables.
It is a semi-automatic machine with a display. The operator places each part on the fixture, and the machine holds the label by suction and folds it over the part. Labeling accuracy is ±0.3 mm (excluding product and label tolerances) and speed is 15–25 pcs/min, depending on product and label size. It covers two diameter ranges, 2.2–6.5 mm and 6.5–10.5 mm, and changing the fixture adapts it to workpieces of other sizes.
The machine runs pre-printed labels 6–28 mm long and 20–170 mm wide (liner width); larger labels can be custom-built. It measures approx. 910 × 800 × 1100 mm, weighs 80 kg and needs 220 V / 50 Hz power plus compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa.
