About YIXING
Is YIXING a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. We design, build and test every machine ourselves in Shipai Town, Dongguan. You talk to the engineers who build your machine — no trading-company markup. Single machines are welcome.
Where is YIXING located?
Dongguan Yixing Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. is at 4th Floor, Damaozi Cultural and Creative Park Center, Shipai Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, P.R. China 523330. Management, R&D, production, sales and after-sales share one 3,000 m² site. Please contact us before visiting.
What machines does YIXING build?
Labeling machines, tape applicators and custom automation machines. Our printed catalog lists 47 standard models — 31 labeling machines, 8 tape applicators and 8 custom machines — and this site describes 56 models in all.
How do I reach the sales team?
Chen Xueyu answers enquiries by email ([email protected]), phone (+86 188 2434 6098), WhatsApp (11wkchen1) and WeChat (cxy18824346098), or through the quote form on this site.
Choosing a machine
How accurate are YIXING labeling machines?
Between ±0.05 mm and ±3 mm, depending on the model. The most accurate is the Vision-Guided Precision Labeling Machine at ±0.05 mm; ±1 mm is the most common rating, shared by 15 of our 31 labeling machines. The figures come from our printed catalog and exclude product and label tolerances.
How fast are YIXING labeling machines?
Semi-automatic models, where an operator loads each product, run at 15–60 pcs/min. Automatic models reach up to 200 pcs/min; the fastest is the High-Speed Incline (Climbing) Top-and-Bottom Labeling Machine at 120–200 pcs/min.
How accurate are YIXING tape applicators?
Most of our tape applicators — 7 of the 9 with a catalog rating — apply tape at ±1 mm; the full range is ±0.5 mm to ±2 mm, and the most accurate is the Vision-Aligned Tape Applicator with Auto Loading & Unloading. The figures exclude product and tape tolerances.
How fast do YIXING tape applicators work, and which tape widths fit?
The standard models apply tape at 500 mm/s and take tape 3–50 mm wide (liner width). The Vision-Aligned Tape Applicator with Auto Loading & Unloading is rated by output: about 1,200 pcs/hour.
What is the difference between a labeling machine and a tape applicator?
A labeling machine applies pre-printed self-adhesive labels from a roll to identify a product. A tape applicator feeds, cuts and applies double-sided, 3M, transparent or high-temperature tape from a roll to bond, fix, mask or protect a part.
Automatic or semi-automatic labeling machine: which one should I choose?
On a semi-automatic machine an operator loads each product; our catalog models run at 15–60 pcs/min. An automatic machine labels products carried on a conveyor at up to 200 pcs/min. Choose semi-automatic for short runs and frequent changeovers, automatic for continuous production or integration into a line.
Can the machine print dates, batch numbers or barcodes while labeling?
Yes. The print-and-apply labelers print barcodes, QR codes and dates in real time and apply the label at once. Other models, such as the card-dispensing, page-feeding and flat-surface labelers, can be fitted with a ribbon or inkjet coder that prints on the label or on the product.
Can a labeling head be added to an existing production line?
Yes. Our inline labeling heads mount on an existing conveyor line. A taping station for an existing line is built as a custom machine with a gantry taping head.
Sample testing and custom machines
Can you test my samples before I buy?
Yes. Send us your products with the labels or tape you use, and we test them on a matching machine free of charge before you decide.
Can YIXING build a custom machine for my product?
Yes. Non-standard machines, multi-head modules, line integration and custom jigs are designed around your product. Send us a sample, the label or tape specification, the target output and the floor space available, and we propose a configuration.
How much does a labeling machine cost?
It depends on the level of automation, the labeling method, the accuracy and speed required and whether the machine is custom-built. Catalog accuracy alone ranges from ±3 mm to ±0.05 mm, so configurations vary widely; we quote after testing your sample on the actual configuration.
After-sales
Who supports the machine after delivery?
Our after-sales department handles maintenance and technical support once your machine is running. When you contact us, send the model, a photo of the nameplate and a video of the fault so the engineers can respond quickly.
What routine maintenance does a labeling machine need?
Each shift, clean the peel plate and the label-pressing parts and check the label roll and the label sensor. Each week, check the conveyor belt, the fasteners and the pneumatic lines.
