This machine combines a card-dispensing infeed with two labeling heads on one conveyor. The brochure photo shows the card-dispensing section at the front of the belt, two labeling heads with blue label reels mounted above it, a touchscreen, and an inclined discharge chute at the end. It is aimed at thin, stackable items — cards, bags, color boxes, hang tags — that need two labels or two label positions.
The feeding method follows YIXING's standard automatic card-dispensing labeling machine: a stack of products sits on the card dispenser, which separates them one at a time and conveys each to the labeling position, and a collection tray receives the finished pieces. That standard model is rated at 40–120 pcs/min and ±1 mm for products 40–300 mm long and wide. These figures describe the standard model only, not this custom machine. The related card-dispensing print-and-apply labeler adds a printer that prints QR codes, barcodes or dates in real time before labeling.
There is no fixed spec sheet for the dual-head version: what each head applies, where the labels go and how many pieces per minute the line handles are settled during project design. Send samples and label artwork with a note on how the two labels relate to each other and the output you need, and the factory can size the feeder and head layout from there.

It is a custom build, so the brochure gives no standard specs; speed and accuracy are set in the project design based on product, labels and output. For reference only, the standard automatic card-dispensing labeler runs at 40–120 pcs/min with ±1 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances) — those numbers do not carry over automatically to this machine.
Both separate stacked products one by one before labeling. The standard model collects finished pieces in a tray; the dual-head machine carries two labeling heads above the conveyor and, in the brochure photo, discharges over an inclined chute, for products that need two labels.
Based on the related standard models, typical items are bags, color boxes, hang tags, cards, paper cards, scratch cards, movie tickets, paper boxes and PE bags. Whether a product feeds reliably depends on its stiffness and size, so send samples for evaluation.
A ribbon coder, inkjet printer or label printer can be added to the standard card-dispensing labeler. Whether the custom machine gets one, and which type, is decided during project design according to what must be printed.
