This machine is built for flat labeling of bags, color boxes, hang tags and similar flat items. Instead of placing each piece on a conveyor by hand, the operator loads a stack onto the card dispenser (friction feeder), which separates the pieces one by one and sends them to the labeling station. Labeled pieces are collected in a receiving tray.
It handles products 40–300 mm long and 40–300 mm wide at 40–120 pcs/min (depending on product and label size), with a labeling accuracy of ±1 mm excluding product and label tolerances. Labels can be 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide (liner width); other sizes can be custom-built.
Overall size is approx. 2200 × 800 × 1350 mm, with a weight of 180 kg and a 220 V / 50 Hz supply. When dates, batch numbers or barcodes need to go on the label, a ribbon coder, inkjet coder or label printer can be added to the machine so labeling and coding happen at one station.
