The YIXING automatic flat carton labeling machine applies labels or self-adhesive film to the top surface of unfolded cartons, paper boxes, folders and large paper cards. A card dispenser feeds the stack one blank at a time and a receiving tray collects them; output is 30–60 pcs/min at ±1 mm accuracy.

This machine labels cartons before they are folded. Unfolded cartons (flat blanks) are stacked on the card dispenser at the infeed, separated one at a time, conveyed to the labeling position and collected in a receiving tray after labeling. Besides cartons it handles paper boxes, folders and large paper cards, and it can apply either labels or self-adhesive film to the top surface.
Swapping the label-pressing (wipe-down) mechanism lets the machine label uneven surfaces as well. Speed is 30–60 pcs/min depending on product and label size, accuracy is ±1 mm (excluding product and label tolerances), and the product size range is built to the customer's samples. Standard labels run from 6 to 250 mm in length and 6 to 150 mm in liner width, and other label sizes can be made to order.
At approx. 3000 × 1000 × 1350 mm, the machine weighs 230 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz. For dates, batch numbers or barcodes on the blanks, a ribbon coder, inkjet coder or label printer can be added.
