The YIXING automatic lifting-platform flat labeling machine holds a large load of light products on a lifting platform, which rises and lowers according to the product; each piece is drawn onto the conveyor by suction, labeled and collected in a receiving tray. Labeling speed is 30–60 pcs/min and accuracy ±1 mm.

This machine labels bags, cartons, silicone pads and protective film. It suits light products and lets the operator load a large quantity at once, so refilling is needed less often.
Several products are placed on the lifting platform, the platform rises and lowers according to the product, and each piece is drawn by suction onto the conveyor, carried to the labeling position and labeled, then collected in the receiving tray. Brochure samples show two uses: die-cut double-sided adhesive applied to round silicone pads, and a barcode label on a carton.
Output is 30–60 pcs/min depending on product and label size; placement accuracy is ±1 mm, not counting product and label tolerances. The product size range is customized to the customer's samples, and the standard label window is 6–250 mm in length and 6–150 mm in liner width, with other sizes customized. The machine weighs 230 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
