This machine labels the top surface of cards, bags and boxes — scratch cards, movie tickets, paper cards, cartons and PE bags — for the printing, stationery, food, personal care and pharmaceutical industries. It consists of a card-feeding section and a print-and-apply section: a stack is placed on the card dispenser, pieces are separated one at a time and conveyed to the labeling position, the printer prints from the data it receives and applies the label, and the receiving tray collects the output.
Labels can carry QR codes, barcodes, production dates or product specifications, and the printer brand and model can be chosen. Labels 20–150 mm long and 20–104 mm wide (liner width) fit the standard configuration, and other sizes call for a different printer model. Brochure samples show printed barcode labels on PE bags and paper cards stacked after print-and-apply labeling.
At 30–60 pcs/min (depending on product, label size and printer model), it labels with ±1 mm accuracy, excluding product and label tolerances. The brochure gives no fixed product size requirement, stating that it depends on the conveyor line. It works on the customer's conveyor or as a custom all-in-one unit with its own conveyor, measures approx. 2200 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 200 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
