The YIXING side print-and-apply labeling machine prints QR codes, barcodes, production dates and product specifications and applies the label to the side of packed cartons and drums. This print-and-apply machine labels the sides of products — typically cartons that have already been packed, and drums. The label can carry a QR code, barcode, production date or product specification, printed at the machine and applied to the side face. Brochure samples show a QR-code label on a carton side and a barcode label on the side of a foam box.
It can be mounted on your existing conveyor, or supplied as an all-in-one unit with its own conveyor, so product size has no fixed limit — it depends on the conveyor line. The printer brand and model can be chosen; standard labels are 20–150 mm long and 20–104 mm wide (liner width), and other sizes are handled by selecting a different printer model.
Speed is 15–30 pcs/min, depending on product, label size and printer model, and accuracy is ±1 mm (excluding product and label tolerances). The machine measures approx. 1200 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 150 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
