The YIXING automatic corner seal labeling machine applies 90° corner seal labels to boxes and other products, one to four seals as required, at 40–80 pcs/min and ±1 mm accuracy. It runs stand-alone or connected to a cartoner, and is built to order in a basic or a standard version.

This machine applies seal labels to all kinds of products; each label turns a 90° corner and spans two adjacent faces of the box. The brochure samples show color boxes with corner seals and kraft boxes with clear corner seal labels. Depending on the requirement it applies one, two, three or four seals, and it is widely used in the electronics and toy industries.
Seal positions are flexible: two seals on the top surface, one on the top and one on the bottom, or two on the bottom surface. Products are placed on the conveyor one by one or arrive directly from a cartoner, and at the labeling station they receive the 90° corner label. For wipe-down, the pressing material is chosen to suit the stiffness of the label, so softer and stiffer seal labels can each be matched.
The machine can work stand-alone or be connected to a cartoner. It comes in a basic and a standard version, and machines of this type are built to order, with product handling customized to your samples. Accuracy is ±1 mm (excluding product and label tolerances), speed is 40–80 pcs/min, and labels can be 6–50 mm long and 6–50 mm wide (liner width). Its footprint is approx. 1700 × 1000 × 1350 mm, with a weight of 150 kg and a 220 V / 50 Hz supply.
