The YIXING semi-automatic double-side labeling machine labels both sides of flat, round and square bottles at the same time as they pass on the conveyor, or just one side when needed. It works at ±1 mm accuracy and 25–60 pcs/min and takes labels 6–300 mm long with liner widths of 6–230 mm.

This machine applies side labels to flat, round and square bottles, on one side or on both. Typical products are flat shampoo bottles, flat lubricant bottles and engine-oil bottles, and the brochure also shows plastic tubs labeled on two sides. Products are placed on the conveyor one by one and both sides are labeled at the same time at the labeling station, so front and back labels are finished together.
It handles products 30–300 mm long, 30–100 mm wide and 50–320 mm high, with labels 6–300 mm long and 6–230 mm wide (liner width); larger labels can be custom-built, which suits large side labels. Accuracy is ±1 mm (excluding product and label tolerances) and speed is 25–60 pcs/min, depending on product and label size.
At approx. 1600 × 780 × 1400 mm and 180 kg on 220 V / 50 Hz, it is more compact than the automatic double-side labeler, a practical fit for smaller batches of flat and square bottles with frequent changeovers. An optional ribbon coder or inkjet coder prints production dates, batch numbers or barcodes on the label, saving a separate step.
At the labeling station both sides of the product are labeled simultaneously, so front and back labels are done together.
