The YIXING automatic double-side labeling machine labels both sides of flat, round and square bottles at once on the conveyor, at 60–150 pcs/min and ±2 mm accuracy. This machine is built for high-volume side labeling of flat and square bottles. Typical products are flat shampoo bottles, flat lubricant bottles and engine-oil bottles, and the brochure samples show flat and square laundry detergent bottles labeled on both sides. Products are placed on the conveyor one by one and labeled on both sides at the same time at the labeling station, at 60–150 pcs/min; single-side labeling is also possible.
Round bottles can run on the same machine: with the optional round-bottle labeling mechanism it applies half or full wrap-around labels, so flat, square and round products can share one labeler. Labels are placed within ±2 mm (excluding product and label tolerances). It handles products 20–250 mm long, 30–90 mm wide and 60–280 mm high, with labels 6–200 mm long and 6–160 mm wide (liner width); larger labels can be custom-built.
The machine measures approx. 2500 × 1450 × 1600 mm, weighs 280 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz, sized for high-output personal care and lubricant lines. Dates, batch numbers or barcodes can be printed on the labels with an optional ribbon coder or inkjet coder.
