The YIXING automatic side labeling machine labels the side of products carried one by one on a conveyor, at ±1 mm accuracy and 40–120 pcs/min. It comes in a basic and a standard version, and its powered top hold-down can be left out when the products are heavy.

Built for side labels, this machine handles all kinds of items; the brochure samples are a color box and a set of slim boxes, each labeled on the side. Products go onto the conveyor one at a time and pick up their side label as they pass the labeling station, so boxed products can be side-labeled in a continuous flow.
The machine has a powered top hold-down that keeps products steady from above; for heavy products this function can be left out. It is available in a basic and a standard version. Standard figures: ±1 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances), 40–120 pcs/min, products 10–400 mm long, 10–300 mm wide and 0.2–150 mm high, and labels 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide (liner width), with larger labels custom-built.
For coding, add a ribbon coder or inkjet coder to print production dates, batch numbers or barcodes on the label, or mount an inkjet coder on the conveyor to print on the product before or after labeling, which removes a separate step. The machine measures approx. 1500 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 150 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
