This machine labels three faces of square products; the brochure sample is a square glass bottle labeled on three faces. Products can be placed on the conveyor one by one or flow in directly from other equipment, and they are labeled on three faces at the labeling station, so the machine works either stand-alone or behind an upstream machine.
Labeling accuracy is ±1 mm, and ±2 mm on the bottom surface (excluding product and label tolerances); speed is 30–60 pcs/min, depending on product and label size. Product handling is customized to the samples you provide, and labels can be 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide (liner width), with larger labels custom-built.
A ribbon coder, inkjet coder or label printer can be added to print production dates, batch numbers or barcodes on the label, and an inkjet coder on the conveyor can print on the product before or after labeling. The machine measures approx. 2000 × 1000 × 1350 mm, runs on 220 V / 50 Hz with a rated power of 1.7 kW, and weighs 230 kg.
