A CCD camera measures the position of each part and corrects the taping path, reaching ±0.5 mm on parts from 50 × 50 mm to 350 × 350 mm. Automatic loading and unloading keep the machine running at about 1,200 pieces per hour.
The machine can run standalone or be integrated into a complete production line, including connection to a factory MES.
Each part is measured and its offset corrected, for a taping accuracy of ±0.5 mm.

The X axis moves the tape head front to back while the Y and Z axes handle left-right moves, so it can tape around a panel's outline or at several positions on long panels. ±1 mm, 500 mm/s, full safety enclosure.
