Overview
The T-803 applies tape around the edge of round parts. It was built for washing-machine panels: the panel is placed in a segmented ring fixture on the turntable, the tape head on its arm presses tape onto the edge, and a drive motor under the table turns the part so the tape runs all the way round.
The machine has a compact square cabinet on casters and leveling feet, a touchscreen on a post with start and emergency-stop buttons, and a foot switch that comes with it, so the operator can start a cycle while both hands hold the part. Nameplate data: model T-803, 550 W, 220 V 50 Hz.
Ring fixtures are made to the part diameter. The same layout suits other round parts that need tape along the rim — send us a sample or a drawing.
