The YIXING automatic roll-rubbing wrap-around labeling machine is a high-speed single-label labeler for upright cylindrical bottles and jars. Products are conveyed to the labeling station, labeled, then roll-rubbed so the label wraps onto the body before discharge — at 60–120 pcs/min and ±2 mm, for Ø20–100 mm.

This machine wraps a single label around cylindrical containers that stand on their own: xylitol gum bottles, cosmetic bottles, pharmaceutical bottles and chemical bottles. The brochure samples also include plastic cream jars, glass jars and small round jars. At 60–120 pcs/min (depending on product and label size) it runs faster than YIXING's automatic positioning round bottle labeler and is made for lines that run one label per container in volume.
Products stand upright on the machine and are conveyed to the labeling station, where the label is applied. A roll-rubbing (belt rolling) stage then turns the container so the label is pressed down around the body, and the product is discharged. Application and roll-rubbing run back to back, at ±2 mm labeling accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances).
It takes products from Ø20 to 100 mm in diameter, with labels 20–310 mm long and 15–130 mm wide (liner width); longer or wider labels can be made to order. An optional ribbon coder prints batch numbers and dates on the label, so coding and labeling happen on one machine. Footprint is approx. 2100 × 1100 × 1300 mm; the machine weighs 185 kg and uses a 220 V / 50 Hz supply.
