The YIXING automatic bottom-surface labeling machine labels the underside of products as they travel on the conveyor, so nothing has to be flipped beforehand. It runs at ±2 mm accuracy and 40–80 pcs/min, is sized to the customer's samples, and can be linked to equipment before and after it.

This machine is dedicated to labeling the bottom (underside) of products. Its main advantage is that products do not need to be turned over upstream: they travel on the conveyor in their normal orientation and receive the label on the bottom surface at the labeling station. Brochure samples include clear plastic boxes and clear jars labeled on the bottom.
The labeler can be connected to other equipment before and after it, so it slots into an existing line, and product handling is sized to the samples the customer provides. Accuracy is ±2 mm (excluding product and label tolerances) and speed is 40–80 pcs/min, depending on product and label size. It accepts labels 6–250 mm long on liners 6–150 mm wide, and larger labels can be custom-built.
Add a ribbon coder or inkjet coder to print production dates, batch numbers or barcodes on the label, or fit an inkjet coder to the conveyor to print on the product itself before or after labeling. The machine measures approx. 1700 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 150 kg, runs on 220 V / 50 Hz, and is widely used in the food, stationery and personal care industries.
