The YIXING high-speed incline (climbing) labeling machine is a custom build that labels the top and bottom surfaces of products at the same time. It runs at 120–200 pcs/min with ±2 mm accuracy, takes products 10–400 mm long, 10–300 mm wide and 0.2–150 mm high, and can be customized to any size.

The high-speed incline labeler is a custom-built machine that applies labels to the top and bottom surfaces of a product at the same time. With a labeling speed of 120–200 pcs/min (depending on product and label size), it is aimed at high-volume lines where both faces need a label. The brochure samples show clear clamshell boxes labeled on top and bottom, and clamshell boxes labeled in volume.
The standard range covers products 10–400 mm long, 10–300 mm wide and 0.2–150 mm high, and the machine can be customized to any product size. Labels can be 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide (liner width), with larger labels custom-built. Accuracy is ±2 mm (excluding product and label tolerances). The machine measures approx. 2800 × 1000 × 1500 mm, weighs 300 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz, so plan the line layout around its length.
An inkjet coder can be added to the conveyor to print production dates, batch numbers or barcodes on the product before or after labeling, so coding and labeling happen on one line and a separate step is removed. Because every machine is a custom build, send product samples, label specifications and your target output so the configuration can be defined.
