The YIXING automatic high-precision labeling machine applies labels by suction (vacuum plus air blow) to products held one by one in a fixture. It reaches ±0.5 mm accuracy at 25–35 pcs/min and can be configured to label the top, the bottom or both surfaces of parts up to 150 × 150 mm.

This labeler is built for small products where label position matters: plastic lids and caps, boxes, bags and electronic parts. Each product is placed in a fixture, and the label is applied by suction — vacuum and air blow working together — at ±0.5 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances), which suits lids, housings and other small label areas.
The labeling surface is configured to your requirement: top, bottom, or top and bottom. Labeling speed is 25–35 pcs/min and depends on product and label size as well as on the number of labeling heads; the machine pictured in the brochure has a dual-head configuration.
It takes products 20–150 mm long, 20–150 mm wide and 0.2–75 mm high, with labels 10–60 mm long and 8–70 mm wide (liner width); larger labels can be custom-built. The machine needs compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa, measures approx. 1800 × 1000 × 1450 mm, weighs 185 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz. An optional ribbon coder prints production dates and batch numbers on the label, saving a separate step.
